Coumentou (or Commentou), which means "small coomb" in the ancient langue of oc, is an old Perigordian farm entirely renovated by the current owners since 1969. The 70-acre property is composed of woods, meadows, cultivated lands and a well-kept park of about seven acres.

Within the park, a private swimming pool (10,5 x 5,5) has been built to blend into this countryside and woodland environment with a view on the valley.

Garden furniture, a barbecue and different outdoor eating areas allow you to take meals and snacks outside.

This family home is located on the commune of Château-l’Evêque whose the village is at exactly 4 kms (baker’s, groceries, pharmacy, post-office, tobacconist, tennis court…). Chancelade, famous for its abbey, is situated at 6 km (golf course), Périgueux is located at 15 km, as is Brantôme (horse riding, canoeing,...), the "Venice of Périgord".
