of the home rules.
- Animals are forbidden.
- A deposit, representing 30 % of the total amount of the rent, is requested
at the moment of the booking in order to confirm. In case of cancellation
from your behalf, the deposit will not be paid back
except in the case of absolute necessity as foreseen by the law.
- The remainder of the rent will be paid on the day of your arrival.
- A guarantee cheque of 900 € will be given the day of your arrival.
It will be returned after the satisfactory inventory and inspection
of the rented property has been established after your departure.
Rates 2014 :
These rates include all taxes and maintenance charges, for one
week, from
the Saturday at 17.00 to Saturday 10.00, (telephone and other options must
be arranged
separately). They include the following services :
- Supplying of linen, dishtowels and hand towels.
- Permanent access to the swimming pool.
- Children bed, high chair and playpen (on request).
